icpc build fails for dynamic_linux.cpp example

Hi,

Is it expected that icpc (from intel oneAPI) can't build codeGen? Happy to post compile error, just wanted to check that it should build using icpc first before requesting help?

CppadCodegen has never been tested with icpc. Currently, the unit tests run against GCC and clang.
Could you please share the error?
