[P1] Move non-Canvas UI surfaces out of components/canvas

Problem

Several non-Canvas surfaces live under web/src/components/canvas, including Pending, Dojo, Automations, Memory, and Connected.

Expected Behavior

Move toward domain folders that match the product surfaces.

Acceptance Criteria

• New domain folders exist for non-Canvas surfaces.
• Imports are migrated without changing behavior.
• Compatibility re-exports are removed once call sites are updated.
