He is the author of the [3D cyclorama](/plugins/3d-cyclorama) Fiji plugin for digital unrolling of deformed tubes and flattening of deformed sheets and scrolls in 3D image stacks, originally developed during his PhD at the [University of Southampton](https://www.southampton.ac.uk/) and published in [Scientific Reports (2021)](https://doi.org/10.1038/s41598-021-93184-x).
