Documentation for config file is out of date

On Creates IO it mentions a configuration TOML and links it here https://github.com/http-server-rs/http-server/blob/main/fixtures/config.toml which is 404

Currently the main branch its pointing to code belonging to v1 sorry about the inconvenience.

@LeoBorai As much as i'd love to help it would take me quite a while to understand the context of this crate and rust in general as I'm just starting to learn it
