Describe the Bug
Empire City Act 1 soft locks when I get to the bomb dodge segment with the robot that chases you as the game doesn't load the robot model or animations at all and it also stops your characters movement and acts like there is an invisible wall when there is not supposed to be one. Please Fix ASAP as the level is literally unplayable. I am using the latest 1.03 release too with no mods and even with mods it still soft locks which means it is a game issue and needs fixing ASAP.
Steps to Reproduce
1: Complete Empire City ACT 1 up until the beginning of the bomb robot dodging sequence and when you get to the end Sonic stops moving and gets stuck on the invisible Wall
Expected Behavior
