Describe the Bug
Missing textures, such as: clothes or skin of the NPC's, of Chip or of Sonic/Werehog Sonic, also of dash pads, jump pads or terrain in general.
Steps to Reproduce
All I do is open the game and play, and it starts happening during either the first cutscenes or the first two levels.
Expected Behavior
game used to and should load textures perfectly fine

Additional Context
It seemed to start when I installed multiple visual mods for the game (such as visual enhancement and the faithful HD altogether, besides some texture mods, lighting mod and more.) I had also installed patch fixes to try and solve this by kicking up the render distance and such. After nothing worked, I tried disabling the visual mods and starting new files multiple times with no avail, and now I even tried reinstalling the game entirely with no mods and just the base codes that come with Hedge Mod, but it gives the same issues.
