Environment : Linux andrpoc4-3230633 4.15.0-51-generic #55-Ubuntu SMP Wed May 15 14:27:21 UTC 2019 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

I have tried build docker after today changes got merged into master. still i am not able to run tests successfully.
PFA docker.log as well as front end view on UI.

The odd part is that I do not see any gRPC requests that should have been made to:

• Display logcat
• Start the video stream

Are you able to use adb to connect to the device?

adb connect is succeeded but adb install app & adb test app failed.

This report is against Linux kernel 4.15 (Ubuntu, 2019) and the codebase has changed substantially since then (notably PR #390 / #397 / #398 in the last few weeks). Closing as stale — please open a fresh issue if you still see the symptom on current master with a recent host kernel.
