Windows CLI path syntax issue

compile the proto file helloworld.proto and install dependencies:

Yes, that's the full output message.
The command I used for the installation was 【go install github.com/go-micro/cli/cmd/go-micro@v1.1.1】.
It is only when executing the go-micro run command that there is a problem

Hm very strange error. I'm not sure where it's coming from. Without any more information on why it's happening there's not much I can do right now. Never tested it on windows

I modified the following code to get the demo project working imperfectly on Windows.
first place: go-micro.dev\v4@v4.7.0\runtime\default.go:69

cpath := filepath.Join(os.TempDir(), "micro", "uploads", s.Source)
↓
cpath := filepath.Join(os.TempDir(), "micro", "uploads/1.tar.gz")
// Only the ending string is replaced

second place: go-micro.dev\v4@v4.7.0\runtime\default.go:362

f, err := os.OpenFile(logFile(service.Name), os.O_APPEND|os.O_CREATE|os.O_WRONLY, 0644)
↓
f, err := os.OpenFile(logFile("micro-go-test\\cli"), os.O_APPEND|os.O_CREATE|os.O_WRONLY, 0644)

As shown in the code above, only two paths have been modified.
At this point, running the program again will no longer report an error.
But after starting the server, using go-micro call helloworld Helloworld.Call '{"name": "John"}' command in powerShell will give the following error:

invalid character 'n' looking for beginning of object key string

If use go-micro call helloworld Helloworld.Call command can get a right output:

{"msg":"Hello "}

I have no idea about how to fix the exactly what's wrong，hoping this project can be more and more perfect.

我试了 git bash 可以正常运行 go-micro call helloworld Helloworld.Call '{"name": "John"}'

1. in win10 , add the project name it works.

go-micro run helloworld

2. as client , git bash can call but cmd or powershell cant call , maybe becauseof git bash is more close to linux
