[Feature Request] Support composite actions

Thank you! I'm glad folks are getting some good use out of it. Hopefully I don't introduce too many bugs 😄

Composite actions is a tricky one...I personally would love to support it, but the issue really comes down to how composite actions support JavaScript/TypeScript actions, arbitrary shell commands, and container actions.

Since this tool runs in Node, I can see this getting messy. I'd prefer not to go the route of trying to fully emulate the GitHub Actions runtime (IMO nektos/act does a good job of that). However, I definitely think it is possible!

I'm going to leave this open and take some time to consider how to tackle this beast.
