Autopilot is not enabled when resuming a session that had autopilot enabled #4329

Description

@andresdelfino

Describe the bug

While autopilot is shown as enabled in the statusline, it's not actually enabled, as any action that needs approval will fail.

Affected version

1.0.77

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Open Copilot
  2. Enable autopilot with shift + tab, shift + tab
  3. Enter /usage (just a mock prompt)
  4. Enable autopilot with all permissions when prompted
  5. Close Copilot
  6. Open Copilot
  7. Resume session
  8. Try any prompt that would trigger autopilot
  9. Notice no prompt for enabling autopilot is shown
  10. Any action that needs approval will fail

Expected behavior

Autopilot handles approvals like before closing Copilot.
