Describe the bug
Installed microsoft/power-platform-skills which shows up under "your marketplace" when listing all skills. Using slash does not show any related skills as options.

Steps to reproduce the behavior
/plugin marketplace add microsoft/power-platform-skills
/plugin list
Under "Included with Github Copilot" in "Your marketplaces" section it shows "power-platform-skills" and under that it says "no plugins installed" with very basic/brief instructions on how to install a plugin.
I follow the various methods and it just says the microsoft marketplace not found.
Expected behavior
When adding a plugin or installing a plugin using a multiple ways to do it (?!) it should just work.
