Describe the bug
Description:
I am a GitHub Copilot Pro subscriber (annual billing). Despite my plan including access to premium models, I am currently unable to select Claude 4.6 (or earlier Claude versions) in the Copilot CLI. The interface lists these models under an "Upgrade" category, effectively locking me out of features I have already paid for.
Environment:
- OS: Linux Debian
- CLI Version: 1.0.27
- Subscription Tier: Pro
Steps Taken:
- Completed the CLI authentication process multiple times.
- Verified active Pro subscription status on my GitHub account.
- This issue has persisted for over two months, despite multiple attempts to re-login within the CLI.
Expected Behavior:
Claude models should be available and selectable for all Pro subscribers without an "Upgrade" category.
Actual Behavior:
The CLI fails to recognize my Pro entitlement for Claude models. There are no error messages; the models are simply treated as locked content. This appears to be a systemic sync issue affecting early annual subscribers.
