Github Copilot Usage inside the CLI : random percentage once the limit premium request is exceeded

Describe the bug

It seems we have a problem with the way the usage of a copilot subscription is shown in the CLI.
I have a pro plan and once the i have exceeded my limits of premium requests (in my case is 300), the percentage shown is random & wrong : some times is negative percentage some time a positive random one.

One i check my usage inside of visual studio for example i can see clearly that i have 100% and even shows me the number of additional premium requests that i have done .

I think the way visual studio is handling it is a good way :

you have 100% and you have x number of additional requests

I have the same problem with the recent update (1.0.31). I had around 28% remaining from premium requests, then it hiked to 44 percent, now it shows 0 percent on the CLI. However on the Github Web and VSCode it shows the same values, which I assume is correct.

i edited my post, and i zipped screenshots of my POV in three different tools, CLI, VS code and big VS.
Cleary vs code and vs are showing the right percentage (i ve checked my usage in github copilot dashboard of our org)
