Agent name is not visible anymore

Describe the bug

v1.0.27 was showing the agent (see bottom-right next to the model name)

v1.0.31 does not show it anymore

Affected version

GitHub Copilot CLI 1.0.31.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Open Copilot CLI 1.0.27
2. Update
3. Open Copilot CLI 1.0.31

Expected behavior

As now the agent name is only announced when changing, after some interactions you no longer have a visual cue for knowing which agent is selected and you need to run /agent to know which agent is selected.

I believe its actually much worse than a simple UI bug, if you ask the AI assistant what agent they are using, even if you specified an agent it will tell you its running the built in agent and not the agent you selected, so right now agents are broken.
