Fields in /mcp add may not be visible when typing into them

Describe the bug

When adding an MCP server via /mcp add, the list of fields is long and the first field may not be visible (depending on the font size and size of terminal) as I type into them.

For example, the "Server name" field is not visible on this page. I can scroll up to it, but as soon as I type it will seek to the end of the terminal.

1. Run /mcp add.
2. Type into initial field(s).
