When using copilot-cli in a repository that is hosted on our internal GitHub Enterprise Server instance, we do not see the tabs for "Pull requests" or "Issues". Only two tabs show up: "Session" and "Gists". It would be great if pull requests and issues were able to be managed via the cli for our Enterprise Server repos as well as GitHub.com ones.
