Additional notes for reviewers

Updated for Agent Plugins v1.0.0 compatibility: the manifest now lives at the plugin root with the canonical schema, Copilot metadata is under extensions.com.github.copilot, and the Canvas implementation is packaged under com.github.copilot/extensions/chat-fork-map. A lightweight legacy entry point keeps the current Canvas intake gate compatible. Local plugin installation and all 99 tests pass.

It would be a good idea to align this with the Agent Plugins spec to ensure it is properly installed into Copilot app

Addressed in c35ecbc, released as 0.0.5:

• moved plugin.json to the plugin root and added the Agent Plugins v1.0.0 schema
• moved logo under extensions.com.github.copilot
• packaged the Canvas under com.github.copilot/extensions/chat-fork-map
• retained lightweight direct-install and current intake compatibility entry points
• added package-contract coverage; all 99 tests pass

The submission body now points to the new immutable tag and commit SHA.
