Feature Request: Remove reliance on CDN

During internet outages or network failure situations, or simply future CDN changes, the CDN hosted frontend files could be unavailable.

I would like a feature to be able to locally host the required javascript libraries.

Hi there, this is something I was thinking for some time, but was concerned about licensing issues. Luckily all the 3rd party stuff used here is open source and permissive licenses, so I think this should work (it does in my tests), but nevertheless I've added the appropriate notices where needed as well as a doc here: https://github.com/gamosoft/NoteDiscovery/blob/main/documentation/THIRD_PARTY.md
