Icon Block - custom SVG icon not visible in editor

Describe the bug
When using a custom SVG icon in the Icon block, the uploaded SVG icon does not appear in the editor after selection.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add Icon block
2. Change the icon into custom SVG icon
3. See error in editor (icon is blank)

Expected behavior
The selected custom SVG icon should display correctly in the editor.
