Icon List Block - custom SVG icon not visible in editor and displays as black on frontend

Describe the bug
When using a custom SVG icon in the Icon List block, the SVG icon does not appear in the editor. On the frontend, the icon displays but renders only in black instead of its intended color.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add an Icon List block
2. Change the icon into custom SVG icon
3. See error (icon is blank)
4. See error in frontend (icon is black)

Expected behavior
The custom SVG icon should be visible in the editor and should retain its original styling on the frontend.
