enh: Show progress/waiting status for single service actions

Currently when one pulls restarts or take any deployment action for a single service... It just happens in the bg and sends a notification.

For example pulling a single service...
The modal for pulling can show up and show the action related to that service alone.

All looks like the pulls either per service or general are not effective. After a pull and not getting the expected image I fallback to system which does a proper pull and then I do a force recreate... So this should be fixed together.
