扩充「类型对象与自定义类」章节，讲透实例创建守卫、属性查找与描述符

新增 __getattribute__/__getattr__ 一节，补全 classmethod/staticmethod 绑定、__slots__ 成员描述符、元类实例，并说明 __new__ 返回类型守卫与方法缓存
