"Parse error" when managing lists in user account page.

Description

When using Mastodon-compatible clients (e.g., Subwaytooter) to view another user's profile and attempt to add/remove them from a list, a parse error occurs.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open another user's profile from a Mastodon client (e.g., Subwaytooter)
2. Attempt to add the user to a list or remove them from a list

Expected behaviour

The list add/remove operation succeeds without error, as it does on Mastodon.

Actual behaviour

The client displays a parse error.

I'd like to take this one. I'll dig into the list add/remove endpoint (/api/v1/accounts/:id/lists or similar) and compare the response shape against the Mastodon API spec to see where Subwaytooter's parser is choking. Will open a PR referencing this issue once I've reproduced it and confirmed a fix
