Add `*.graphql.ts` to *.gitignore*

While #32, packages/web/src/routes/generated/HomeViewerQuery.graphql.ts is tracked by git. I commented that generated files should be removed, but actually, it's a very hard problem caused by tangled dependency issues. Therefore, this issue is separated from #32.
