[FEAT] Determine font names from the aliases "serif", "sans-serif", "monospace"

Description

Many people use these standard aliases in fontconfig to set their fonts system-wide. Fastfetch only displays the aliases. The real font names can easily be determined. For example, with a command like fc-match -s ':family=monospace'.

Unsure what you mean. How do system wide fontconfig aliases not apply to fastfetch? In the case I showed, the terminal is using the monospace alias and so fastfetch is being rendered in the font it resolves to as well. Fontconfig aliases apply to essentially everything in Linux environments.

Edit: Oh, I assume the problem is with the command. Maybe there are cleaner ways of getting the font's name from the font file itself? But I don't know. That was an example in any case.
