install dependencies via yarn

Getting started

Open a PowerShell
Replace the commands found in test.example.ps1 Executing test.example.ps1 directly (with Set-ExecutionPolicy -Scope CurrentUser RemoteSigned) will not bring the opened browser window to the front.
