localstack changed the model:

This no longer suits the purposed of free access to EOAP learning resources.

As specified here, one can opt for a "Hobby plan" which is free of charge.

I have asked that the ZOO-Project organization get a specific Open Source account to enable us to share the token during our workshop, but I am waiting to see if they will accept the project proposal I made.

If needed, I can apply a similar patch (as done for ogc-api-processes-with-zoo) to other Skaffolds if needed.

Since LocalStack has changed its licensing model and no longer provides free access, we used SeaweedFS as an S3-compatible emulator. The required SeaweedFS resources are provisioned and managed through Crossplane.
