Changing the regional settings it appears text in Chinese language

What Happened

When I go to change the regional settings and specifically the time zone (by entering the Italian one), a Chinese writing appears next to the time.

Expected Behavior

Day and month in Italian

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open search bar in drawer
2. Go to Date and Hour
3. Setting date and hour to italian time
