Opening files in inkscape tells that the images are "legacy" format

Today I noticed that if I open an svg file from us in Inkscape it says that the file is in legacy format.

@BeckerWdf do you see the same in your tools? Is their a way to mass convert the files to the new format?

I see this too.
I am not aware of a way to mass convert.

If you convert one file, does the Maven job still work for you? (Unfortunately the conversion does not work for me anymore since a while).

@vogella @BeckerWdf Since this repository is about to be archived, can we close this issue? The reported issue does not seem to affect us, does it? Such legacy SVGs will be converted when opening them with Inkscape but they still can be used as they are.
