Review and Fix "Compare Eclipse Packages" page

Hello Eclipse.

I arrived to the "Compare Eclipse Packages" page located at https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/compare. I think I found a kind of error. Why the "Eclipse IDE for Enterprise Java and Web Developers" package does not have a checkbox for "JavaScript Development Tools" component? I am not sure if exists other errors like this for the other "packages" about these components .

Furthermore would nice add a kind of description if the mouse's cursor is put over any icon. It specially for the duplicate "C++" icon. BTW both have the same set of checkboxes. So is not clear what is their difference.

I think this part of the website is maintained at https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipsefdn/software-dev/websites/eclipse.org-downloads-packages

@HannesWell Do you have access to that repo/do you have the ability to create an issue/work item? I neither have read access to the code (is there a reason that is private?) nor can I create work items/issues.

Nevermind, I was able to create https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipsefdn/software-dev/websites/eclipse.org-downloads-packages/-/work_items/55, I just didn't find the button for creating it 😂

I also created https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipsefdn/software-dev/websites/eclipse.org-downloads-packages/-/work_items/56 for the descriptions (It might still be intentional with JSDT being deprecated with WildWebDeveloper being the alternative).

Looking at https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/, it seems like one is Eclipse IDE for C/C++ Developers while the other is Eclipse IDE for Embedded C/C++ Developers.
