Make timezone offsets be displayed as timezone abbreviations

E.g. ,currently it says Thu Apr 24, 2025 at 9:00 AM -0400 instead of Thu Apr 24, 2025 at 9:00 AM EDT. This is on the event pages on the top and in the overview list.

After looking through some forums it looks like there's no way of accurately converting timezone offsets to timezone abbreviations without a location since each abbreviation can correspond to several offsets and vice versa. If we wanted to display the abbreviation anyway we could map a timezone offset and the location with the timezone abbreviation, but this wouldn't work for virtual events

I think mapping is fine. It's also fine with for virtual events, since all we need is to show e.g. ET instead of -0400, which is simply hard to understand unless you know how many hours a location is offset. Most of the times we probably have ET/EST anyways and only in cases like the conference, we'll have a different timezone. As long as it's easy for people to convert the given timezone to their own we should be fine.
