Make bob.yml upload bundles as artifacts

It would be good if the bundles could be uploaded as artifacts.
That way, it's easy to download in a dependent workflow, such as tests, without spending more time to setup a separate bundle.

Ofc, need to make sure the key is easy to use from a dependent workflow.
