Databricks foundation models no longer available since last friday

when running the uv run ucode
or starting a session with uv run ucode claude.

it cannot find any available foundation models anymore. Everything worked fine last thursday and stopped working on friday.

i build the repo locally and got it working with setting _MODEL_SERVICES_PAGE_SIZE = 5. with a smaller page size it seems to work fine.
