Activity Dates and Status

Missing Rule:

Activity needs at least an Planned / Actual End Date

Missing Rule:

Activity Status cannot be Finalisation if no Planned / Actual End Date is present

Missing Rule:

If activity date has ended, Activity Status should not be Implementing

I know that there has been discussion on this on IATI discuss, so I am putting this as enhancement for discussion.
