Sub Gifted & Community Subs Gifted events appear in Activity Feed but never trigger Event automations

Current Behavior

Gifted subscription appears in Activity Feed.
Event never triggers.
Effects never execute.
Replay from Activity Feed also does nothing.
Simulate Event works correctly.

Expected Behavior

The Event should execute.
Effects should run.

Steps To Reproduce

Create an Event using:
Sub Gifted (Twitch)
or Community Subs Gifted (Twitch)
Add a simple effect (e.g. Show Text).
Save the Event.
Receive a real gifted subscription.
Observe the Activity Feed.

Relevant log output

No relevant log output.

Gifted subscriptions appear in the Activity Feed, but no corresponding Event or error is written to the Firebot log when the gift occurs.
