FR: Support for the b4x programming language (b4a, b4i, b4r, b4j)

Hi there

Awesome work. We are using b4x, a vb variant for native ios, android and destop development. The file extensions are ".bas"

I tried codegraph on a folder having these files, dololo.

Is there a way around that?

Thanks for the kind words, and for trying it on a B4X codebase.

Short version: B4X isn't supported today, and there's no quick workaround. I checked two things before answering:

• Grammar: codegraph parses with tree-sitter, and I couldn't find a tree-sitter grammar for B4X/B4A/B4J anywhere (VB.NET's is the closest relative).
• Routing .bas through the VB.NET grammar: codegraph.json lets you map extensions ({ "extensions": { ".bas": "vbnet" } }), so I tried that on a representative B4A module (Process_Globals, Activity_Create, Private Sub Button1_Click, a Sub Add(a As Int, b As Int) As Int). The files get picked up but zero symbols come out — the B4X module preamble (B4A=true … @EndOfDesignText@) and B4X's Sub … As Type shape defeat the VB.NET parser. So that isn't a usable path either.

The real route is a B4X grammar plus a small extractor. Folding this into the consolidated language-roadmap tracker #648 so requests don't fragment — your request is listed there with a link back here; 👍 it there to signal demand. If anyone in the B4X community has (or wants to write) a tree-sitter grammar, the /add-lang workflow and the cookbook in #97 / docs/ADDING-A-LANGUAGE.md make the codegraph side one of the easier PRs to land.
