Unable to set SEP in Kiro IDE

When attempting to add a service entry point in the Kiro IDE, either by clicking the + sign on the Service Entry Points panel or via the Command Palette, nothing happens. It should prompt for the program name.
This works OK in VS Code and in Bob.
