London RSVPs don't close automatically at 3pm

Description of the issue 📄

Students (and probably coaches as well) are currently able to RSVP to workshops after the 3pm cutoff on the day of the event if the capacity hasn't been reached ( student spots still available ).

Steps to fix 🛠

We need a fix to automatically close RSVPs at 3pm, or if it is not possible, a feature to manually set a closing date / time to prevent last-minute pairing and venue security issues.

On the create workshop page, there is an amazing feature to select the date / time you want to open the RSVPs (look at the screenshot below) , but not when to close them. That might be a workaround if no solution is found.
