bug: Progress percentage is not increasing after completing the lectures

Describe the bug
Progress percentage is not increasing after completing the lectures. I have shared a picture of it where it got stucked at 27% (for my case).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Do something
2. See error

Expected behavior
Progress percentage should increase as i keep on completing my lectures.
