please assign now real tasks to her. INstalling ubuntu or vbox are preparing her for the task. I assigned her two tasks
a) add data time parsing section to python
b) document how to do a pull request for classes
As she now understands where we do tasks, you can assign her tasks to reduce your load and come up with a fair work distribution. If you are out of tasks, I have plenty things to do ... ask all of you should have enough tasks for 20 hours per week
