Problem starting the CloudCoder webapp

Hello!
I'm trying to install CloudCoder on a CentOS server by following the steps in the following page:
https://github.com/cloudcoderdotorg/CloudCoder/wiki/AlternateBootstrap

I followed all steps but could not start the CloudCoder webapp. More specifically, when I call "https://[hostname]/cloudcoder", I get 503 Service Unavailable Message. I was wondering if this might be due to a known problem. I appreciate any help or suggestion on this matter.
