SELinux Support

Ideally IntelMQ Manager should run on systems with SELinux enabled. There are two contributions from the community at the moment:

• By Andreas Muehlemann
• By Christopher Schappelwein

Both are for the PHP-based backend although.

We should check if the API works on systems with SE Linux enabled and document if it doesn't.
