What problem does this solve?

Currently, the Windup Protection setting limits the Integral to 100%. Please add the option to specify a limit for the Integral.

Proposed solution

For example, I need the Integral not to exceed 30%. On slow systems, such as ventilation, the Integral constantly spikes to 100% and then doesn’t drop for a very long time.
