Does bbb-docker work without needing to assign static IPs to services? #389

Description

@friskyungulate

I'm trying to port this project to Co-op Cloud (https://coopcloud.tech), a community-run container orchestration framework. Co-op cloud uses Docker Swarm, and unfortunately it does not support assigning static IPs to services. Is there are reason why static IPs are used in the docker-compose files here? I understand this is an unofficial BBB project, but wanted some insight in the decision to do that. If it turns out that the design of the BBB application itself requires static IPs, it wouldn't be possible for BBB to run on Docker Swarm at the moment, and would save me some time and effort in porting.
