Billing Issue – Subscription Payment Declined and Unable to Subscribe

• I have searched github.com/aws/amazon-q-developer-cli/issues and there are no duplicates of my issue
• I have run q doctor in the affected terminal session
• I have run q restart and replicated the issue again

macOS 15.1.1 (24B2091)

Expected behaviour

I expected to be able to successfully complete my subscription payment without any issues. The payment should be processed and the subscription should activate normally.

Actual behaviour

Every time I try to subscribe, the payment is rejected and the transaction is declined. I am unable to complete the subscription process.
I am not sure why this is happening because my payment method is valid and has sufficient funds. I also tried multiple attempts but the issue persists.

Steps to reproduce

Go to the Kiro website.
Navigate to the subscription / billing page.
Select the $40 subscription plan.
Enter valid payment details.
Submit the payment.
The transaction is declined and the subscription cannot be completed.
