CI: e2e test gemini invoke is failing with 403

All Gemini invoke attempts are failing with internal 500s from Runtimes. The underlying issue appears to be a 403 returned from Gemini API.

Reproducible by using Gemini key directly from the e2e tests and calling Gemini APIs.
