[Bug] Calculation errors in Daily Average User Metrics

What happened?

Adoption is based on

• Seats[] data
• Adopted Devs are Users who have
  used Copilot in the last 30 days based on Last activity_at in their seats record

Daily Active Users
- Devs who used copilot on that day
Currently the "daily active users denominator is based on

• AdoptedDevs on that Day

So we need to change the charts and the targeting calculations
