Create examples that show how to leverage the micrometer.io metrics in Accumulo with the MeterRegistryFactory, with specific examples for:

• Initializing a Prometheus end-point
• Using the LoggingRegistryConfig (see: Example of how to send metrics to the log. accumulo#4218)
