How to install + default to Full/Ultra?

This seems to be useful but I kind of want this to default to be active such that OpenCode does not need extra config than mere curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/anthonystepvoy/caveman-opencode/main/install-opencode.sh | sh

Thanks for the suggestion — fixed in main with commit 89d14c7.

The regular one-line install now defaults Caveman to active globally in full mode, with no extra OpenCode config needed:

curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/anthonystepvoy/caveman-opencode/main/install-opencode.sh | sh

After install, restart OpenCode.

I also added an install-time override for users who want ultra by default:

curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/anthonystepvoy/caveman-opencode/main/install-opencode.sh | CAVEMAN_OPENCODE_DEFAULT_LEVEL=ultra sh

Windows equivalent:

$env:CAVEMAN_OPENCODE_DEFAULT_LEVEL = "ultra"; irm https://raw.githubusercontent.com/anthonystepvoy/caveman-opencode/main/install-opencode.ps1 | iex

Supported defaults: lite, full, ultra, wenyan, wenyan-lite, wenyan-ultra.

Local validation passed: package validator, POSIX shell syntax, and PowerShell parser. GitHub Actions could not run because the account is currently blocked by a billing issue, so this was validated locally for now.

Verified and complete. Commit 89d14c7 now passes GitHub Actions after the billing lock was cleared, and the installer regression suite confirms global activation plus the full/ultra default override on POSIX and Windows. Closing as completed.
