the button change de mode / build or plan mode has disappear

Description

After updating OpenCode Desktop, the Plan / Build mode toggle has disappeared from the chat interface. Because of this, I can no longer switch between Plan mode and Build mode.

Steps to Reproduce
Open OpenCode Desktop.
Open any chat or start a new conversation.
Look for the Plan / Build mode switch in the chat UI.
The toggle is no longer visible.
Expected Behavior

The Plan / Build mode switch should be visible, allowing users to switch between both modes.

Actual Behavior

The Plan / Build mode toggle is missing from the interface, making it impossible to change modes.
